Mark Hennick

Before moving into the enterprise, Mark spent over a decade as the founder and CEO of TM Consulting, LLC, providing IT strategy, network engineering, systems administration, and information security consulting to organizations working on the frontlines of community need. His clients included the NO/AIDS Task Force, AIDSLaw of Louisiana, CASA New Orleans, Women with a Vision, and The New Orleans Regional AIDS Planning Council - non-profits doing tireless, mission-critical work with limited resources. Mark met them where they were, translating technical complexity into practical, sustainable solutions and building trusted advisor relationships that would define his career.

Working closely with those organizations also revealed the gap between what existing tools offered and what mission-driven organizations actually needed. That insight drove Mark into custom software development and web solutions - designing and building applications, automating workflows, and redesigning websites to close the operational gaps that off-the-shelf products left behind. It is a discipline he carries into every engagement at The Hennick Group today.

In 2009, Mark joined the NO/AIDS Task Force as Director of Information Technology, a role that grew alongside the organization itself. He played a pivotal leadership role as the agency transformed into CrescentCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving over 14,000 patients annually. Over the next 16 years - culminating in his role as Chief Information Officer and HIPAA Security Officer - Mark directed enterprise-wide transformation across technology, health information technology, data, quality, training, and information security. He established the organization's first Electronic Health Record system, later leading its migration to a fully cloud-based platform, and developed multi-year IT strategic plans aligned with HRSA, Ryan White, SAMHSA, and CDC program requirements.

Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality and the International Leadership Association.
